The collection of office and flex buildings located in the Lakeside and Flagler Center business parks was purchased for $52 million from a financial institution.<\/p>\n<p data-source-index=\"619\">The JLL team of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jll.com\/en-us\/people\/bio-broker\/robbie.mcewan\" data-source-index=\"635\">Robbie McEwan<\/a>\u00a0and Hunter Smith represented the buyer and seller in the transaction which, from signed contract to closing, was executed in just 30 days.<\/p>\n<p data-source-index=\"850\">The portfolio includes Lakeside I, Lakeside II, and Lakeside V in Lakeside Center, and Flagler 100, Flagler 200, Flagler 300, and Flagler 400 in Flagler Center.<\/p>\n<p data-source-index=\"1012\">Lakeside I is a \u00b1112,314 square-foot, four-story office building built in 2007 at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/aUdmWtLiCYCgJkmj9\" data-source-index=\"1094\">12724 Gran Bay Parkway West<\/a>.
