McAllister Represented Both Parties in the Lease, Which Brings the New \u00b1133,814-Square-Foot Building to Full Occupancy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>POMPANO BEACH, FL, March 25, 2020<\/strong> \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushwakesouthfl.com\">Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/a> negotiated a \u00b139,553-square-foot lease with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wastequip.com\">Wastequip<\/a> at Pompano Business Center II in Broward County. The lease brings the new \u00b1133,814-square-foot industrial facility to full occupancy less than one year after opening.<\/p>\n<p>The Cushman &amp; Wakefield Industrial Team of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/chris-metzger\">Chris Metzger<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/rick-etner-jr\">Richard F. Etner Jr.<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/christopher-thomson\">Christopher Thomson<\/a> represented building owner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idilogistics.com\">IDI Logistics<\/a> in the lease negotiations. McAllister<\/a>, working with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/john-christenbury\">John Christenbury<\/a> and Robert Bell from Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Charlotte, NC office, represented Wastequip in the lease negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte-based Wastequip manufactures and services steel and plastic products to collect, handle and transport waste and recyclables. The company employs more than 2,400 people in North America at 44 facilities and encompasses the ConFab brand. Pompano Business Center II is the company\u2019s second location in Florida and first in South Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Pompano Business Center II was developed in 2019 on an \u00b111.43-acre parcel located at <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/4gC5qrr8uMgZa3259\">3001 West Copans Road<\/a>.
