Wakefield<\/a> has negotiated the sale of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.integrasunriseapartments.com\">Integra Sunrise Parc Apartments<\/a>, a new 300-unit luxury multifamily community in Osceola County.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/jay-ballard\">Jay Ballard<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/kenneth-delvillar\">Ken Delvillar<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/michael-mulkern\">Michael Mulkern<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/people\/robert-given\">Robert Given<\/a> of Cushman &amp; The property\u2019s position in the Hunter\u2019s Creek\/Sunrise City submarket provides residents with excellent access to Orlando\u2019s largest employers.
