Wakefield\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/services\/equity-debt-structured-finance\/\">Equity, Debt &amp; Structured Finance<\/a> team have secured a loan for the refinancing of 1824 Alton, a new Class A urban retail center in Miami Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Hochman and Ciadella originated a $26.15 million conduit loan with a 10-year term and a low, fixed interest rate from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starwoodmortgagecapital.com\/\">Starwood Mortgage Capital<\/a> on behalf of an affiliate of <a href=\"http:\/\/search.sunbiz.org\/Inquiry\/CorporationSearch\/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&amp;directionType=Initial&amp;searchNameOrder=SABERREALESTATEADVISORS%20M110000023830&amp;aggregateId=forl-m11000002383-6edbfdc9-ca2c-478f-98cb-cd84f8106651&amp;searchTerm=Saber%20Real%20Estate%20Advisors%2C%20LLC&amp;listNameOrder=SABERREALESTATEADVISORS%20M110000023830\">Saber Real Estate Advisors, LLC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>1824 Alton is a \u00b1109,961-square-foot retail center designed by Miami architect <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kobikarp.com\">Kobi Karp<\/a>.
