The seller was Coral Springs, FL-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmtproperties.com\">TMT Properties, Inc.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4202 Peters Rd. is a six-building small bay industrial and storage facility developed in 1973 on a \u00b13.4-acre site. The property houses bays ranging in size from 330 to 1,000 square feet. 4202 Peters Rd. was 95 percent leased at the time of sale. Notable tenants include Sky High Accessories, STP Motor Parts and Sam Jolley\u2019s Plumbing.<\/p>\n<p>The asset is ideally situated in Broward County near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport at the nexus of Florida\u2019s Turnpike, Interstate 95 and Interstate 595.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c4202 Peters Rd. is strategically located with strong surrounding demographics and limited competitive supply,\u201d said Miller. \u201cAs a result, the property has always maintained a high level of occupancy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Miller, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/dominic-montazemi\/\">Dominic Montazemi<\/a>, O\u2019Donnell, <a href=\"http:\/\/global.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/miguel-alcivar\/\">Miguel Alcivar<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/michael-ciadella\">Michael Ciadella<\/a> also represented an affiliate of Hollywood, FL-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nayausa.net\">Naya USA Investment &amp; Management LLC<\/a> in the sale of <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/G7uG2Np4d6USigR17\">555 North Congress Ave.<\/a>, an \u00b118,192-square-foot office building in Boynton Beach for $3.7 million ($203 per square foot). The buyer was Montreal-based <a href=\"http:\/\/viglioneproperties.com\/index.php?lang=en\">Viglione Properties<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Developed in 1987 on a \u00b12.2-acre site, 555 North Congress Ave. is a three-story glass office building with 125 parking spaces and frontage along Congress Ave. The asset is located directly east of <a href=\"https:\/\/boyntonbeachmall.com\">Boynton Beach Mall<\/a> and proximate to the numerous dining and retail outlets nearby.
