POMPANO BEACH, FL, August 16, 2019<\/strong> \u2014 Cushman & Wakefield<\/a> negotiated a \u00b194,261 square foot industrial showroom lease with Marble of the World<\/a> at Pompano Business Center II in Broward County.<\/p>\n

The Cushman & Wakefield industrial team of Chris Metzger<\/a>, Richard F. Etner Jr.<\/a>, Christopher Thomson<\/a> and Matthew G. McAllister<\/a> represented building owner IDI Logistics<\/a> in the lease negotiations. Colliers International\u2019s Steve Wasserman and Erin Byers represented Marble of the World.<\/p>\n

Marble of the World is a division of The Stone Collection, LLC<\/a>, a leading importer and distributor of high-quality natural stone and luxury hard surfaces. The Texas-based company imports and distributes natural stone from over 35 countries worldwide and features nine locations in five states.<\/p>\n

The new showroom and product warehouse in Broward County will join innovatively designed and American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)<\/a> award-winning showrooms in Arizona, Texas, Utah and Florida, bolstering the brand\u2019s reputation as one of the nation\u2019s largest and most diverse suppliers of natural stone slabs.<\/p>\n

Pompano Business Center II is a 133,814 square foot building developed in 2019 on an \u00b111.43 acre parcel located at 3001 West Copans Road<\/a>. The asset features built-to-suit office space, 32 foot clear heights, 92 auto parking spaces, 38 trailer stalls, 30 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors and a 130 foot truck court.<\/p>\n

The property\u2019s central location in the tri-county South Florida market offers exceptional access to Florida\u2019s Turnpike and Interstate 95, allowing cost-efficient distribution throughout Florida and the Southeast U.S.<\/p>\n

Marble of the World will be the first tenant to take occupancy in this brand new facility.<\/p>\n
