Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister Have Now Fully Leased the Second Phase of the State-of-the-Art Warehouse, Showroom and Distribution Center in Broward County<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

DANIA BEACH, FL, July 23, 2019<\/strong> \u2014 Cushman & Wakefield<\/a> has negotiated a \u00b127,379-square-foot industrial lease with Cambria<\/a> at I-595 Business Center, bringing the second phase of the Broward County warehouse, showroom and distribution center to full occupancy.<\/p>\n

The South Florida Industrial Brokerage Team of Chris Metzger<\/a>, Richard F. Etner Jr.<\/a>, Christopher Thomson<\/a> and Matthew G. McAllister<\/a> represented owner MSG I-595, LLC<\/a> in negotiating the lease. Wayne Schuchts and Bobby Benton of Avison Young represented Cambria in the lease negotiations.<\/p>\n

Le Sueur, Minnesota-based Cambria is a leading producer of engineered quartz surfaces for kitchen countertops. The company has locations throughout the United States and Canada. Its space at I-595 will be utilized as a showroom, warehouse and distribution center.<\/p>\n

I\u2013595 Business Center is a 123,694-square-foot, state-of-the-art, Class A industrial building developed in 2018. The asset features outstanding frontage on I\u2013595, a 120-foot truck court, dock-high loading, 32-foot clear heights, 54-foot by 50-foot column spacing, an ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) fire safety system and LED lighting.<\/p>\n

I\u2013595 Business Center is located immediately west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades and has direct frontage on Interstate 595 at 3200 SW 30th<\/sup> Avenue<\/a>. This location provides exceptional access to Interstate 95, Florida\u2019s Turnpike and the west coast of Florida.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe lease-up of the second phase of the I\u2013595 Business Center reflects the tremendous interest users have in Dania Beach\u2019s ideal location in the South Florida market and ownership\u2019s ability to capitalize on that location by developing one the region\u2019s most advanced and desirable showroom, warehouse and distribution facilities,\u201d said Metzger.<\/p>\n

The third phase of I-595 Business Center, a \u00b1150,000-square-foot facility, is in design and scheduled for delivery in summer 2020.<\/p>\n
