MIA at 25th Street LLC acquired the asset for $8.55 million ($110 per square foot).<\/p>\n<p>Miami 25 @ MIC is situated on a \u00b13.44 acre site at <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/UCzcJQS3ePn\">3901 &#8211; 3977 NW 25th Street<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/EuLVGpjfMNE2\">3900 &#8211; 3960 NW 26th Street<\/a> in Miami. The property is strategically located across NW 25th Street from <a href=\"http:\/\/micdot.com\">Miami Intermodal Center (MIC)<\/a> and just east of Miami International Airport (MIA). MIC is a massive $2 billion multi-modal ground transportation hub developed by the State of Florida\u00a0Department of Transportation. MIC encompasses <a href=\"http:\/\/www.micdot.com\/miami_central_station.html\">Miami Central Station (MCS)<\/a>, a state-of-the-art facility connecting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tri-rail.com\">Tri-Rail<\/a>,  <a href=\"https:\/\/www8.miamidade.gov\/global\/transportation\/metrorail.page\">Metrorail<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.micdot.com\/mia_mover.html\">MIA Mover<\/a>, Greyhound and local bus lines, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.micdot.com\/rental_car_center.html\">Rental Car Center (RCC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Miami 25 @ MIC was 92.3% leased at the time of sale.
