Wakefield<\/a> has negotiated the sale of Interstate Industrial Park, a three-building, multi-tenant small-bay industrial portfolio in Palm Beach County.<\/p>\n<p>The Cushman &amp; Wakefield Capital Markets team of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/greg-miller\/\">Greg Miller<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/j-odonnell\/\">Scott O\u2019Donnell<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/dominic-montazemi\/\">Dominic Montazemi<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/global.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/people\/jason-hochman\/\">Jason Hochman<\/a>, along with CBRE\u2019s Robert Smith and Kirk Nelson, negotiated the sale on behalf of Palm Beach, FL-based <a href=\"http:\/\/www.silvermangroup.net\">The Silverman Group<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/search.sunbiz.org\/Inquiry\/CorporationSearch\/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&amp;directionType=Initial&amp;searchNameOrder=INTERSTATEINDUSTRIALPARKHOLDIN%20L190000012370&amp;aggregateId=flal-l19000001237-32d4d0df-9516-47f4-9137-8d08f539f811&amp;searchTerm=Interstate%20Industrial%20Park%20Holdings%2C%20LLC&amp;listNameOrder=INTERSTATEINDUSTRIALPARKHOLDIN%20L190000012370\">Interstate Industrial Park Holdings, LLC<\/a>, led by Harry Spitzer, acquired the 160,302-square-foot park for $11.7 million ($73 per square foot). Adam Robbins of ARC Equities, LLC represented the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The portfolio comprises three buildings located at <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/hknoTzDGxKU2\">6555<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Wxrj6P3rSnw\">6557 Garden Road<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/S7qgP8nvMd72\">3541 M.L.K. Jr. Boulevard<\/a> in Riviera Beach.<\/p>\n<p>6557 Garden Road and 3541 M.L.K. Jr. Boulevard are one-story, metal construction, light industrial buildings developed in 1968 on a \u00b12.0-acre site. These assets house 31 units, are fully sprinklered and feature 16-foot clear heights as well as 10-foot by 12-foot, grade-level, front and rear loading doors. 6555 Garden Road is a one-story, concrete block and metal structure developed in 1987 on a \u00b13.0-acre site. The 18-unit building is fully sprinklered and features 14-foot to 18-foot clear heights as well as 10-foot by 12-foot, grade-level, rear loading doors.<\/p>\n<p>The buildings were 98% leased at the time of sale. Notable tenants include Palm Beach Laundry, the City of Riviera Beach and Saf-Glas.<\/p>\n<p>Interstate Industrial Park is centrally located in Palm Beach County, equidistant to the West Blue Heron Boulevard and 45th Street interchanges of Interstate 95.
